Durante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, el sector tur\u00edstico de Puerto Plata (Rep\u00fablica Dominicana) ha sobrevivido, en parte, gracias a la creciente actividad crucer\u00edstica que se ha dado en esta provincia. Ahora, este segmento contar\u00e1 en la zona con un perfecto homenaje, en un proyecto impulsado por el empresario Jos\u00e9 Natalio Redondo Gal\u00e1n, con una inversi\u00f3n de 2.000 millones de pesos dominicanos (m\u00e1s de 29,5 millones de euros).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Concretamente, el proyecto consiste en \u201catracar tres cruceros permanentes\u201d en el malec\u00f3n de Puerto Plata. Realmente se trata de tres edificios que albergar\u00e1n 300 apartamentos tur\u00edsticos, as\u00ed como una gran plaza comercial, lo que le convierte en uno de los desarrollos m\u00e1s grandes anunciados recientemente en la zona norte del pa\u00eds. Parte de la inversi\u00f3n y este innovador dise\u00f1o ha corrido a cargo de inversores y arquitectos espa\u00f1oles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan ha explicado el propio Redondo Gal\u00e1n al diario El Nuevo Norte, el nuevo alojamiento se ubicar\u00e1 en un espacio de 26.000 metros cuadrados, en las proximidades del antiguo hotel Montemar y del balneario de Col\u00f3n de Long Beach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDebemos entender que nuestro malec\u00f3n debe ser convertido en un lugar frecuentado por los cruceristas que visitan a diario nuestro destino\u201d, ha asegurado el tambi\u00e9n expresidente de Ashonorte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tourinews<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RD.
