El Sistema de Inteligencia del Observatorio Tur\u00edstico de Yucat\u00e1n concentra datos sobre procedencia, formas de viaje, compra de servicios, hospedaje y estancia promedio de 5.7 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seis de cada diez turistas con pernocta que visitan Yucat\u00e1n son de origen nacional; el 16.3% proviene de Estados Unidos, el 13.5% de Europa, el 5.9% de Sudam\u00e9rica, el 3.3% de Canad\u00e1 y el 0.3% de otros pa\u00edses, con un gasto promedio por visitante de 155 d\u00f3lares, de acuerdo con el m\u00e1s reciente reporte del Sistema de Inteligencia del Observatorio Tur\u00edstico de Yucat\u00e1n (OTY), correspondiente al periodo de enero a septiembre de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El documento integra informaci\u00f3n obtenida mediante procesos t\u00e9cnicos de recopilaci\u00f3n, an\u00e1lisis y procesamiento de datos, con el prop\u00f3sito de identificar tendencias del turismo con pernocta y aportar insumos para la promoci\u00f3n del destino y la toma de decisiones del sector, como parte de la estrategia de la administraci\u00f3n que encabeza el Gobernador Joaqu\u00edn D\u00edaz Mena, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Fomento Tur\u00edstico (Sefotur).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"https:\/\/realidadturistica.com\/realtur\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Identifican2-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11506\" srcset=\"https:\/\/realidadturistica.com\/realtur\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Identifican2-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/realidadturistica.com\/realtur\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Identifican2-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/realidadturistica.com\/realtur\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Identifican2-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/realidadturistica.com\/realtur\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Identifican2-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/realidadturistica.com\/realtur\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Identifican2-2048x1365.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/realidadturistica.com\/realtur\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Identifican2-1920x1280.jpg 1920w, https:\/\/realidadturistica.com\/realtur\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Identifican2-1170x780.jpg 1170w, https:\/\/realidadturistica.com\/realtur\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Identifican2-585x390.jpg 585w, https:\/\/realidadturistica.com\/realtur\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Identifican2-263x175.jpg 263w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Al respecto, el secretario de Fomento Tur\u00edstico, Dar\u00edo Flota Ocampo, afirm\u00f3 que los resultados del Sistema de Inteligencia del OTY permiten comprender con mayor precisi\u00f3n el perfil de las personas visitantes y orientar acciones para fortalecer el posicionamiento de Yucat\u00e1n en distintos mercados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a la forma de viajar, el Sistema indica que el 32.5% de las personas turistas llega en pareja, el 32.1% con familia, el 20% viaja solo y el 15.4% lo hace con amigos; lo que refleja la diversidad de motivaciones y segmentos que eligen a Yucat\u00e1n como destino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Respecto a la procedencia nacional, los principales mercados emisores son la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Quintana Roo, Estado de M\u00e9xico, Nuevo Le\u00f3n y Jalisco. En el caso de Estados Unidos, los visitantes llegan principalmente de Florida, Texas, California, Illinois y Georgia, mientras que en Europa destacan pa\u00edses como Inglaterra, Francia, Alemania, Espa\u00f1a y Pa\u00edses Bajos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El estudio tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1ala que el 78% de las personas turistas adquiere sus servicios por separado, como hotel y avi\u00f3n; el 17.1% compra paquetes que incluyen vuelo y hospedaje, y el 4.8% opta por paquetes integrales, que contemplan avi\u00f3n, hotel y alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, el titular de Sefotur indic\u00f3 que estos hallazgos refuerzan la importancia de diversificar la oferta y fortalecer la comercializaci\u00f3n del destino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los principales motivos de viaje a Yucat\u00e1n, el Sistema identifica el inter\u00e9s por explorar y conocer el destino, seguido del atractivo de sus playas y su riqueza cultural; asimismo, se registran viajes por bodas, congresos o convenciones, as\u00ed como otros motivos espec\u00edficos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/realidadturistica.com\/realtur\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Identifican3-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11507\" srcset=\"https:\/\/realidadturistica.com\/realtur\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Identifican3-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/realidadturistica.com\/realtur\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Identifican3-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/realidadturistica.com\/realtur\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Identifican3-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/realidadturistica.com\/realtur\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Identifican3-1536x1025.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/realidadturistica.com\/realtur\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Identifican3-2048x1366.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/realidadturistica.com\/realtur\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Identifican3-1920x1281.jpg 1920w, https:\/\/realidadturistica.com\/realtur\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Identifican3-1170x781.jpg 1170w, https:\/\/realidadturistica.com\/realtur\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Identifican3-585x390.jpg 585w, https:\/\/realidadturistica.com\/realtur\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Identifican3-263x175.jpg 263w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto al hospedaje, el 87% de los visitantes se aloja en hoteles, el 18.5% en casa de familiares o amigos, el 16.8% en rentas vacacionales, el 6.5% en hostales y el 1.8% en casas o condominios particulares.
