El fondo no es solo el principal postor para hacerse con los 17 hoteles que ha puesto a la venta Equity Inmuebles, sino que tiene su vista puesta en otros 7 hoteles ubicados en Magaluf, en el municipio de Calvi\u00e0 (Mallorca).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan adelanta El Confidencial, ADIA quiere comprar por 250 millones de euros el 51% de Proyecto Calvi\u00e1 Beach que pertenece al fondo estadounidense Avenue Capital \u2014el 49% restante est\u00e1 en manos de Meli\u00e1\u2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta empresa tiene un total de siete hoteles en cartera: el Meli\u00e1 South Beach, el Sol Wave House all Suites, el Sol Barbados, el Meli\u00e1 Calvi\u00e1 Beach, el Sol House The Studio-Calvi\u00e1 Beach, el Sol Guadalupe y el Innside by Meli\u00e1 Calvi\u00e1 Beach.
