{"id":4538,"date":"2023-06-14T11:13:12","date_gmt":"2023-06-14T11:13:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/realidadturistica.com\/realtur\/?p=4538"},"modified":"2023-06-14T11:13:12","modified_gmt":"2023-06-14T11:13:12","slug":"4538","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/realidadturistica.com\/realtur\/4538\/","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Empanada de at\u00fan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredientes para 4 personas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para la masa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 500g de harina&nbsp; de fuerza<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 350ml de agua<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 12g de levadura fresca<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1 cucharadita de sal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el relleno:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2 cebollas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 300g de at\u00fan en lata<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1\/2 pimiento rojo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1\/2 pimiento verde<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 300g de tomate triturado<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Sal y pimienta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Aceite de oliva<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para decorar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1 huevo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como hacer la empanada de at\u00fan y pimientos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comenzamos con la elaboraci\u00f3n de la masa. En un bol, ponemos la harina, la levadura fresca y agregamos unos 200ml de agua. Mezclamos brevemente para integrar estos ingredientes. Despu\u00e9s, a\u00f1adimos la sal y el resto del agua. Mezclamos bien y comenzamos a amasar durante unos 10 minutos. Cuando obtengamos una masa homog\u00e9nea y lisa, dejamos que fermente aproximadamente durante 1 hora hasta que la masa doble su tama\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras la masa de nuestra empanada de atun fermenta, comenzamos elaborando el relleno. En una sart\u00e9n ponemos un chorrito de aceite y lo calentamos a fuego medio. Cuando est\u00e9 caliente, a\u00f1adimos las 2 cebollas, el pimiento rojo y el pimiento verde, todo ello picado. Salpimentamos y removemos para integrar todos estos ingredientes. Dejamos cocinar unos 10 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pasado este tiempo, agregamos el tomate triturado. Removemos para integrarlo con el resto de ingredientes y dejamos que se cocine, manteniendo la temperatura media, unos 10 minutos m\u00e1s, tiempo suficiente para que se evapore el agua del tomate. A continuaci\u00f3n, apagamos el fuego y a\u00f1adimos el at\u00fan escurrido de su aceite. Removemos para integrarlo con el resto de ingredientes. Reservamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando nuestra masa de la empanada de atun est\u00e9 lista, la dividimos en 2 mitades y, con ayuda de un rodillo, la estiramos hasta obtener una masa fina. De alrededor de 1cm de grosor. Sobre una de las mitades ponemos el relleno que hemos preparado. Lo esparcimos bien por toda su superficie. Cubrimos este relleno con la otra masa. Con ayuda de un tenedor cerramos los bordes de la empanada, para que el relleno permanezca en su interior. Cubrimos la empanada con un trapo h\u00famedo y limpio y dejamos que repose durante otra hora. Hasta que vuelva a doblar tama\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando la masa haya vuelto a doblar su grosor, pintamos su superficie con huevo batido y con un tenedor pinchamos la superficie de la empanada. La colocamos sobre una bandeja cubierta con papel de horno. Introducimos la bandeja en el horno, previamente calentado a 180\u00baC, calor arriba y abajo y dejamos que se cocine durante unos 45 minutos. Pasado este tiempo, retiramos la empanada de atun del horno y dejamos templar antes de servir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparar esta deliciosa empanada de atun es muy f\u00e1cil de hacer en casa si sigues los pasos que te propongo.
