Posteriormente <strong>suma las almendras, los cacahuates y el ajonjol\u00ed<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una vez que los ingredientes hayan pasado por un ligero proceso de fritura, ret\u00edralos del sart\u00e9n y a\u00f1\u00e1delos en un vaso de licuadora. Despu\u00e9s, <strong>agrega los chiles tostados, las pasas y el caldo de pollo<\/strong>. Lic\u00faa todo hasta obtener una pasta homog\u00e9nea espesa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tras obtener la pasta con los ingredientes secos, <strong>adiciona ajo, cebolla, pedazos de chocolate de mesa, especias y m\u00e1s caldo de pollo<\/strong>. Contin\u00faa licuando hasta que todo se haya mezclado y tengas una mezcla suave.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vierte la mezcla<\/strong> en un sart\u00e9n con aceite a fuego medio-alto. <strong>Cocina de 15 a 20 minutos<\/strong>, removinedo constantemente. Detente cuando obtengas la consistencia tradicional del mole.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agrega una pizca de az\u00facar<\/strong>. No olvides condimentar con sal al gusto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cocina el mole a fuego bajo<\/strong> durante una hora.
