Con apoyo de la Senatur, la Asociaci\u00f3n de Fomento Tur\u00edstico Mate R\u00f3ga llev\u00f3 a cabo hoy el acto de lanzamiento oficial del primer \u201cSeminario e Historia de la Gastronom\u00eda Paraguaya con \u00e9nfasis en la yerba mate\u201d, en Turista R\u00f3ga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El evento tendr\u00e1 lugar el 7 de junio pr\u00f3ximo en la ciudad de Hohenau, y participar\u00e1n destacados Chefs de la cocina paraguaya como Vidal Dom\u00ednguez, Luis Corbal\u00e1n, Derlis Bogado, Abel Ledesma, Teresita O\u2019Hara, adem\u00e1s del Chef argentino Gunther Moros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ministra de Turismo Angie Duarte celebr\u00f3 la realizaci\u00f3n de esta iniciativa por la importancia al momento de difundir los beneficios de la yerba mate, resaltando la oportunidad para profundizar la riqueza culinaria del Paraguay. \u201cDesde la yerba mate compartimos los platos m\u00e1s emblem\u00e1ticos que forman parte de nuestra cultura culinaria\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la ministra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Del acto participaron Ilone Altenhofen, y Christian V\u00f6mel, directivos de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Fomento Tur\u00edstico Mate R\u00f3ga. Asimismo, estuvo presente el Chef Derlis Bogado, Presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Trabajadores Gastron\u00f3micos y Afines, y el Chef Vidal Dom\u00ednguez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El seminario innovador invita a los asistentes a un recorrido culinario \u00fanico que destaca la influencia hist\u00f3rica y cultural detr\u00e1s de los sabores distintivos del pa\u00eds, con un enfoque especial en la yerba mate.
