Este exquisito plato solo lo podr\u00e1 degustar en el restaurante La Ruta de Hemingway en Cojimar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingredientes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cerdo asado al carb\u00f3n.200 g<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pimientos rojos 70g<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cebolla blanca 60g<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ajo fresco 30 g<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aj\u00ed cachucha 45g<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Albahaca fresca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sal pimienta negra<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comino molido 30g<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zumo de Naranja agria (media naranja)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vino seco cubano 15 ml<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salsa criolla con tamarindo (idea del Chef Gordom Ramsay)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pl\u00e1tano macho maduro para freir y acompa\u00f1ar el plato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elaboraci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deshilachar el cerdo ya listo y asado al carb\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cortar las especias y en una sart\u00e9n al carb\u00f3n coloca aceite o manteca de cerdo sofre\u00edmos el ajo la cebolla el ah\u00ed rojo y el aj\u00ed cachucha, colocamos la carne de cerdo ya deshilachada y mezclamos hasta lograr unir todos los ingredientes colocamos la salsa criolla con un toque de tamarindo fresco y dejamos cocinar removiendo continente para mezclar todos los ingredientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perfumar con el vino seco cubano salpimentar al gusto y a\u00f1adimos el zumo de naranja agria y las hojas de albahaca y servimos acompa\u00f1ado de pl\u00e1tano macho maduro frito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para la elaboraci\u00f3n del cerdo asado al carb\u00f3n le a\u00f1adimos hojas de tabaco seca para aromatizar la elaboraci\u00f3n y darle un sabor exquisito y bien cubano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gracias al Chef Gordom Ramsay por aportar sabor a la Elaboraci\u00f3n de \u00e9ste exquisito plato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
