Rafael Blanco Canto, vicepresidente ejecutivo de Viva Wyndham Resorts, inform\u00f3 que la nueva propiedad Viva Wyndham Miches, que abrir\u00e1 su primera etapa el pr\u00f3ximo 11 de diciembre lo har\u00e1 con una ocupaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s del 40%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recalc\u00f3 que la propiedad, que constar\u00e1 de m\u00e1s de 500 habitaciones, ha recibido el respaldo de turoperadores que han mostrado inter\u00e9s en el desarrollo que experimenta el destino de Miches en la zona Este.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, inform\u00f3 que aunque el hotel est\u00e9 operativo, su inauguraci\u00f3n formal se realizar\u00e1 en abril 2025 durante la celebraci\u00f3n de la feria tur\u00edstica Dominican Annual Tourism Exchange (DATE 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con la apertura de la propiedad, el empresario hotelero dijo que el turismo en la zona de Miches va a desarrollarse tal como lo hizo Punta Cana en su momento, con la excepci\u00f3n de que se har\u00e1 de una manera m\u00e1s ordenada; ser\u00e1 un destino muy orientado a la sostenibilidad&nbsp; y con las necesidades del sector cubiertas, como la integraci\u00f3n de un acueducto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cUstedes ver\u00e1n que Miches se convertir\u00e1 en uno de los lugares m\u00e1s desarrollados que tiene la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana gracias al turismo\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Papo Blanco, record\u00f3 que con la apertura del establecimiento de hospedaje, adem\u00e1s, se desencadenar\u00e1 una derrama econ\u00f3mica en la zona de El Seibo y con ello una necesidad de colaboradores que prestar\u00e1n servicio en la propiedad de manera directa e indirecta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cVamos a requerir un colaborador por cada habitaci\u00f3n, quiz\u00e1s un poco m\u00e1s; eso significa necesitar 550 colaboradores sin contar con los que han estado trabajando en la construcci\u00f3n de la obra\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fuente: Arecoa.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RD.
