La ceremonia se llev\u00f3 a cabo este mi\u00e9rcoles 18 de diciembre, en la Sala Arredondo del Ministerio de Turismo, y cont\u00f3 con la presencia del Ministro de Turismo, Eduardo Sanguinetti; la Embajadora en Uruguay del World Wellness Weekend 2024, Lorena Acu\u00f1a; y el Director Ejecutivo para Sudam\u00e9rica de la Asociaci\u00f3n Iberoamericana de Turismo Wellness &amp; Health, Alejandro Barreto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Ministro de Turismo, Eduardo Sanguinetti, destac\u00f3 que \u201ceste tipo de turismo se puede desarrollar en todo el pa\u00eds y cada punto del pa\u00eds tiene su particularidad, sus beneficios, gente que est\u00e1 capacitada que le interesa participar, que ve en esto una posibilidad de desarrollo muy importante\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este a\u00f1o, el \u00abWorld Wellness Weekend\u00bb reuni\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 148 pa\u00edses y 2300 ciudades en una celebraci\u00f3n simult\u00e1nea que alcanzaron a una audiencia global de m\u00e1s de 430 millones de personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante ese fin de semana transformador, se ofrecieron una variedad impresionante de actividades gratuitas para fomentar tu bienestar integral, disfrutando de talleres de meditaci\u00f3n, clases de yoga, charlas sobre salud, terapias hol\u00edsticas, danzas, mindfulness, actividades al aire libre como senderismo y paseos en bicicleta, y muchas m\u00e1s. Uno de los grandes objetivos es proveer herramientas y recursos para mejorar tu bienestar y manejar el estr\u00e9s de manera efectiva, mostrando al mundo el compromiso con la salud y el bienestar, registrando todas las actividades y participantes en su web, visitada globalmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde su inicio en 2017, el World Wellness Weekend ha crecido exponencialmente. Su fuerte presencia en redes sociales y la participaci\u00f3n activa de miles de personas compartiendo sus experiencias con el hashtag oficial amplifican el mensaje de bienestar, inspirando a m\u00e1s personas a unirse a este movimiento. Al atraer a visitantes y turistas enfocados en el bienestar, este evento impulsa el turismo y apoya a negocios locales como spas, estudios de yoga, gimnasios, tiendas de productos naturales y retiros de bienestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No se trata solo de un evento, sino de una celebraci\u00f3n mundial del bienestar.
