La presidenta del Consejo Coordinador Empresarial (CCE), Wilma Contreras Canto, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la apertura de la estaci\u00f3n del Tren Maya en Chetumal ha sido un \u00e9xito, pero cree que se debe aumentar la frecuencia de salidas y llegadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSi logramos ampliar los horarios, ser\u00e1 un gran acierto, porque la venta de boletos ha sido buena\u201d, manifest\u00f3 Contreras Canto, seg\u00fan Noticaribe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, la Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (Semarnat) dio el visto bueno para el proyecto de electrificaci\u00f3n del Tren Maya en el tramo 6, desde Tulum a Chetumal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs una obra fundamental para brindar el servicio de energ\u00eda necesaria para la electrificaci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n del Tren Maya. Por lo que es necesario para lograr un mejor manejo en operaci\u00f3n, transmisi\u00f3n y regulaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda, se propone la construcci\u00f3n del presente proyecto\u201d, se\u00f1ala la Manifestaci\u00f3n de Impacto Ambiental (MIA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La obra inici\u00f3 sin permisos de impacto ambiental, pero el gobierno de Claudia Sheinbaum ha buscado regularizarla con la emisi\u00f3n de estudios t\u00e9cnicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como lo inform\u00f3 REPORTUR.mx, para formalizar el desarrollo de la megaobra del Tren Maya, el Ayuntamiento de Felipe Carrillo Puerto aprob\u00f3 recientemente once terrenos solicitados por el Fondo Nacional de Fomento al Turismo (Fonatur), que ya han sido impactados por la obra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las superficies est\u00e1n ubicadas en los ejidos X-Hazil y Anexos, San Andr\u00e9s, Felipe Carrillo Puerto y Chunyaxch\u00e9, sumando m\u00e1s de 120 mil metros cuadrados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El representante de la Direcci\u00f3n de Desarrollo Urbano y Ecolog\u00eda del Ayuntamiento se\u00f1al\u00f3 en su momento que \u201cestas tierras ya han sido impactadas por la obra y que la solicitud de Fonatur busca formalizar su uso de suelo y avanzar en los tr\u00e1mites de regularizaci\u00f3n con la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (Sedatu)\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reportur.mx<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>M\u00e9xico.
